Shipping Information

Once your purchase payment has been verified, all orders processed before 2pm (UK) will be dispatched that same day. After this cut off time, all orders will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Our dispatch team work Monday to Friday so orders received over the weekend will be dispatched Monday. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we can not cancel that order.

All weights and shipping costs will be shown in full at Check Out dependent on the number of items ordered and their total weight and delivery type. Shipping costs stated are up to a maximum weight of 2kg per order. For larger volumes and weights, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at check out.

REFUNDS

If for any reason, you are not totally happy with your purchase from Meso simply return to us within 30 days from delivery and we will arrange an exchange or refund using the original payment method.

We will only accept returns and exchanges for unused products purchased from our Meso website . Purchases made through partnered stores/ websites, must be returned through that particular partner.
